There are a lot of choices that we are confronted with everyday. Easy things, like that to wear, where to eat, etc. But there are also much harder choices in life like who to hang out with, or where to go and who to obey. All I can say is really to go to God and ask him with a big choice. Teenagers especially have choices like gangs, drugs, sex, and obeying parent. A lot of the time, God is not even thought of in these situations, I knoW this from past experiences. You just want to do what you want to, you don't want to listen to parents or bosses or elders. Suprisingly,weather you like it or not, you WILL need there help. You cannot do everything in life without help from someone. If it's encouragement, finances, friends, a place to stay, advice, whatever the case may be. Choose wisely. If you go off and think that your "better then everyone else" or you " don't need help" sorry but your wrong. This is a cruel world an no matter how much you say it, you CANNOT live on your own. If you don't make choices wisely there will be consequences. But this, is the biggest choice you can make. Salvation. The most important word now days. If you ask so many people, they won't know what it means, but that's where you need to find out. You can start by, going to church, finding someone to talk to and then acting on it. I can't tell you how much of a difference it has made in my life. I was saved when I was young, but I can see where I would have messed up had I not been. There are choices all around you, but just remeber the one that can help with anything if you let him. God. He may not answer right away but he will answer. He will answer in his time and with what he wants. Let him work in your life. Go with what he tells you too. I promise you won't regret it. I know I haven't. :). (read more…)
